When selling a property, have your brochure or sales flyer ready. It should have a list of all the attractions near the place. Whether you are selling on your own or through a realtor, make sure that all the information are in listed: markets, churches, schools, bars, restaurants, and other attractions within a five mile radius. Always keep in mind that your buyers look for a way of life which brings convenience and comfort. Other information they want to see are parks where their kids could play, coffee shops, bookstores, etc.
